New Pattern Of Financing Of Zhongyuan Corporation

This paper consists of two parts: case introduction and case analysis. I introduce Huihe Bridge project that was invested, built and transferred by Zhongyuan Corporation in the pattern of BOT in Donghai city in the part of case introduction. This introduction is on the base of 40 years development process and operating development path of Zhongyuan Corporation. I analyze the features, operating processes and advantages of BOT pattern in the guide of general theory of project financing. By the comprehensive analysis of industry development and the features of corporation, I state the role of BOT in the fastening the building of traffic infrastructure and developing of core competitiveness of operating corporation. This paper can supply some beneficial suggestions for traffic Building Corporation to explore the asset business.
