The implement of practicing customer manager system is the innovation and improvement of the business practice and manager system of commercial banks in China. The customer manager system cherishes the idea of establishment of banking business directed and centered by the market and the customer, which is under the guarantee of a clear, steady and the long term service of the mutual relationship between the business people and the customer in the arrangement of the system and the essence of the man power source. The system has already been practicing in the commercial banks abroad since 1980s. With the innovation of finance in depth in our country and the expanding development of newly emerged share stock commercial banks and the proof of foreign banks establishing business relations in RENMINBI under its way, the fierce challenges of the financial industry is becoming more and more sharpened, the focus of the challenges will set their points in the attractions and winning of customers. Meanwhile, the commercial bank asset quality is becoming more and more severe and conspicuous with the deep development of the innovation in state-owned enterprises, and its business expanding confronts the unprecedented challenges. Therefore, it is specially significant for commercial banks to explore and practice customermanager system positively.The essay deals with the connotation of the customer manager itself, analyzes and explores the establishment of the manager system to commercial banks innovation, the necessary environments and conditions of the "existence" and the "development" of the manager system of commercial banks at home, and how to introduce in business management gained by the commercial banks abroad, the advanced experience whichwill be domesticalized under the combination with actual situation effectively and practically in China, and discovers how to establish the complete measures and its breakthrough in the customer manager system etc.This essay consists of six parts.The first part, preface introduces the situation of development of customer relationship business in western commercial banks and the nudge to the development of the commercial banks in China.The second part analyzes the present situation of the customer relationship and its constituting cause, consequently conducing the manager system, and discuss its practical significance of establishing the customer manager system for the commercial banks in China.The third part explicates the concept of the customer manager system; and emphatically explains its fundamental contents.The forth part gives the introductions of customer manager system of the American commercial banks.The fifth part shows the practical case of the customer manager system of the commercial banks in China with the model of MinSheng bank and points out the necessary settlement of the contradictions in the present practice of the customer system of the commercial banks in China.The sixth part suggests the better practice of the customer manager system and explains the choices and its practical models of the commercial banks in China.
