Study On Flax Material Production In Heilongjiang Province

China has a long history on flax cultivation. Heilongjiang Province is a main production base of flax and it's produce in our country. With many year's development,flax industry in Heilongjiang Province has obvious predominance. It occupies a position of strategic importance in agriculture and country and the whole national economy.Especially at present,China has entered into WTO,Heilongjiang Province is in a critical period of adjusting planting structure,and the clothing market regresses to nature,which all make flax industry of Heilongjiang Province in face of unprecedented developing opportunities. Flax industry should contribute to realize the goal of richening people and strengthening Heilongjiang Province.But with some subjective and objective reasons,large flax province doesn't become strong flax province. In paticular flax material production,which includes flax cultivation and material processing's basis and hinge of the whole flax industry,still has many problems demanding prompt solution and is districted by many factors,which influence the development of flax industry directly. So study on flax material production in Heilongjiang Province is necessary. It is essential to propose feasible measures. Thus we can make flax industry become the most advantageous industry and a steady industry of exporting and achieving exchanges for Heilongjiang Province in 21st century.The developing history and status quo of flax material production in Heilongjiang Province was summarized by the means of the integration of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,which offered reliable factual materials. At the same time,by adopting the way of typical investigation,the existent problems and restricted factors of flax material production in Heilongjiang Province were explained in simple terms.
