The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Reform Of The Big System In Heilongjiang Province

Since Reform and Opening happened in China, economic and cultural development has made comprehensive progress.With the development of the society,the functions of government building and management should improve. So to increase the institutional integration efforts,explore the functions of the organic unity of the large sector institutions and improve inter-sectoral coordination mechanism, China launched the reform of Giant Department in2008.Since 2008,the reform of Giant Department system in our country in our has been eight years, the state-level reform has been basically completed. the reform of Giant Department system in our country in Heilongjiang Province is still not completely finished. This process has many difficulties and challenges to solve.
