The agric system is the main carrier which has continued energy transfer between nature and biomes by people's participating in and controlling, the Non-Linear interact of agric systems among biomes, engineering and science-technology made agric system as a great agonic whole that is complex system which has interact contracts and coordinate, and made natural production and economic production agonic association. In this paper, the complex systems theory is application of verification that the agric economic system is a Non-linear dissipation structural complex system; this verification would help to create a systems idea that the complex system analysis theory should be application of the agric resources allocation from the angel of complex systems long-term evolution. The creating of agric resources allocation systems idea would hope make it changed that traditional idea, a "simplify" systems analysis base on "linear" theory.The complex agric system environment, system structure and Non-linear relations is identification by application of the complex system theory, also pointed out the Non-linear characteristics of the agric systems running. The complex agric systems development trend that the agric systems far from balance and will be in perfect order, and it run to dynamic balance in Non-linear unbalance application of the economic structure change theory.
