Analysis Of The Development Strategies For China Academy Of Engineering Physics' Middle-sized And Small Enterprises

China academy of engineering physics (CAEP) is a state-run research institute of military products. It's enterprises were established base on the research and development products. They are very promising in terms of developing speed, market prospect and investment return, and are facing many problems as well. Based on modern business management theory, this article stated with analyzing examples of the problems and management strategies from Caep-forever Technology Corporation Limited, Environment Projects Research Center, Ideal Software and System Integrated Corporation Limited and Haitian Super Hard Material Corporation. Through those examples, the article demonstrated a thorough and detailed analysis on the common problems those four enterprises are all facing, i.e.: corporation mission and risk, property, financial investment, motivating, etc. Integrated with the present conditions CAEP is facing from inside and out of the institution, the article provided the academic theory and practical solutions to the problems that shall promote the expected development of the enterprises. The article is also a valuable reference to CAEP for it's future design and plan of more middle-sized and small hi-tech enterprises.
