Garment manufacture industry,as one of economic mainstays,plays an important role in our national economy development. With the development of the global markets and domestic markets,garment manufacturing industry is changing greatly .The garment manufacturing industry must be transferred from traditional manufacturing and processing enterprises to modern management enterprises. Only by this way can our garment manufacturing industry be adaptable for the more and more competitive international and domestic market changes.Meanwhile,the pattern of enterprise management is being transferred from pure scientific management gradually. However,enterprise culture is one of an important factors in the modern enterprise management. Certainly,the enterprise cultural construction must accord with the enterprise features such as special cultural background,history development,the structure of staff,etc. Only by doing so can an enterprise management culture adaptable for enterprise developing characteristics and reflecting enterprise personality be set up without losing contact with reality in the course of studying and standardizing enterprise culture. White in a long time,enterprise cultural construction has followed one's inclinations,there hasn't been a set of enterprise cultural construction standards fit for different industries.This paper takes Sino-Japan Joint Venture-Meidao GarmentLimited Corporation as an example,has study and analyzing how to construct enterprise culture,and leading the research of enterprise culture to the profession regarding women as management objects.
