A Study On The Foreign Capital In Chinese Cement Industry

Cement is the import material of the developmental in our national economy. It is the leading product of the construction materials. It is applied abroad in the field of industry,water conservancy,agriculture. traffic national defense and city construction . The development of cement industry has an osculation mutuality of the national economy development.The cement industry is a heavy limitative industry;because of cement have some characteristics. After our nation's independence,especially after the reformation the cement industry has a great development,and it make a great success. After 2 decades,our cement industry in the field of utilize foreign capital has a great increase.After entering into WTO of China,The cement industry has to face the challenge of internationalized economy,and at the same time,It bring the cement industry a good chance of utilizing foreign capital.This dissertation analyzed the chance and the challenge after entering into WTO of China;brought forward some countermeasures of the new position.
