| Cement is the basic, important raw materials for national economic construction, it has important strategic significance in national economic construction. In recent years, China’s cement industry has made great strides in development; meanwhile it is also facing a series of serious problems, Such as environmental pollution, waste of resources and energy shortage, enterprise malignant competition, and backward capacity than major, regional development not balanced and so on. If we want to make it develop in healthy status and coordinate the development of national economy, it requires the government to give objective guidance.This thesis mainly from the government management approaches to study cement industry sustainable development issues, to study government behavior in promoting the sustainable development of cement industry. In this thesis, firstly introduces cement industry sustainable development research background, purpose and meaning, analyzes the connotation of sustainable development, and summarizes the academic basis and realization way for cement industry sustainable development, and points out that the basic subject of promoting the sustainable development for cement industry is the government. The government holds the future direction of the industry development in the cement industry sustainable development plays a macro-control role and also analyzed the government unreasonable behavior appears in management, analyzed the causes of government unreasonable behavior and the influence brought to cement industry. For practice aspect, took the reference of foreign developed countries cement industry development experience of Guangdong province and combined with the cement industry development present situation, has analyzed the influence given by current government behavior to cement industry development, and to explore government action path for promoting the sustainable development of Guangdong cement industry. |
