At the present, the real estate is developing from the unrefined model to the goals of collectivization, modelization and industrialization, which has played a very important role in the rapid development of whole society. At the some time, it has been becoming a trade including large capital operations and marketing plans, which use new ideals, new technologies and new materials to open up real estate. And it has become a competitive market. Every development enterprise not only does according to marketing regular, but also complies with the government's laws; not only works hard to meet the developing needs of the people's daily life, but also thinks about the future trend at the point of the development, which contributes to the government's restrictment and management which are more and more strict. So we can draw a conclusion that development enterprises must pay more attention to the questions about which lands we can explore, which products we should produce, which groups we can serve, by which strategies we may advertise, etc.This article is written about development strategy and market strategy of real estate from the angle of management, based on the experience and lessons about real estate development in several years. In this article, I provide my own thought about real estate development. We can work from simple project plan to the whole-course plan, then to the whole-course management. At the last, we can catch hold of the chance and make out enterprise greater and stronger in the future twenty years with this thought.I referred to some theories about the subjects, such as "operational research" "managerial research" "enterprises management and strategy" "managerial economics" and "market". And I researched the following contents: the meaning, character and managing strategy of the real estate management and strategy during the whole course, land strategy, strategy of collecting funds, communication strategy, popular brand strategy, culture strategy, prize strategy, advertisement strategy and analysis the case about the managing and popularizing the project called The Lijiang left shore.
