This thesis discuss the performance evaluation system of real estate corporation. From the feature and future tendency of real estate industry, this industry face the opportunity and challenge. As long as a real estate corporation take into account the performance evaluation, she can attract the valuable worker. So that she can elevate benefit and adapt to the market competitive.This thesis include five aspects principally. The first part is the development condition of real estate industry. The quick development of real estate industry demand higher level human resource management. Performance evaluation is the core of human resource, it need to evaluate the performance of corporation and unit from strategy angle. At the same time, though performance management can guide workers to work effectively so that the corporation can set up the core competitive competence.The second part introduce the implication of performance, performance evaluation and perfonnance management. The performance of real estate corporation is economic goal from the investment intention of programer to finish the construction of programer.The third part is several methods of performance evaluation. The key performance index method disassemble the strategy into the unit's key performance index. Though evaluate the accomplish condition of this key performance index, we can evaluate the unit's performance.Balance score card disassemble the strategy from four parts: the customer, finance, internal administration , learning and development.The method of object management decide that CEO of a corporation decompose the object after these objects are ascertained. These objects should be transited unit' s objects, manager can evaluate in terms of unit' s accomplish condition.The forth part introduce the base condition of GS real estate company. The method of performance must adapt to environment and framework. After knowing about the strategy, the corporation can layout the performance evaluation system.The fifth part is the content of evaluation project. Through the strategy map areestablished, the unit's key performance index should be ascertained. In accordance with the company's matter of fact, the department performance evaluation involve performance and management evaluation. The another important aim of evaluation is make workers work hard. So evaluating the worker's performance is very important. The performance of workers involve efficiency and effective.The result of evaluation can conduct worker to improve performance. The performance management involve four courses: confirming plan, performance feedback, performance evaluation and action development. After evaluating worker' s performance manager should help them rectify the performance.
