Research On Health Decelopment Strategy About Promoting The Real Estate Industry In Dandong City

China's real estate industry has a very short and rapid development process.Due to the rapid development of China's economy,the real estate industry occupied the better geographical resources and government resources in the city.However,the constant regulation of state policy has caused the real estate industry to enter the winter of winter.There were many factors involved in the success of the real estate industry,and the failure may also be great because some factors were not available or mishandled,which can lead to the failure of real estate development.And in the development of the real estate industry in our country,in which government played a very important role in the current under the background of the development of the real estate industry in our country,how to better play to the role of the government departments,was a subject worth studying.In this background,this paper took the Dandong municipal government response to the Ihealthy development of real estate industry strategy research as a research theme,according to the characteristics of the Dandong,the geographical position and the people demand,studied how the city government for the healthy development of real estate industry played to strengthen the industry management,promoted the orderly and healthy development of the real estate industry.In this paper,by analyzing about the problem of Dandong City real estate industry healthy development,summed up the current Dandong municipal government departments in the management of real estate industry was mainly the problem existing in real estate stocks,government function disorder,loopholed in the quality supervision and regulation of property,and aiming at the problems existing in the analysis of the reason for the new town construction areas,turned shantytowns into new housing areas in slow,dongcheng district,strengthening development and functions of the planning and failings,the lack of effective communication,the pursuit of efficiency first starts after the formalities,knowledge update slow quality supervision staff,quality supervision,loophole,insufficient management execution,quality supervision and follow-up management loophole,the government did not keep pace with the market,property management was proposed D municipal government department should strengthen the management of real estate industry should introduce to the corresponding inventory policy,perfecting the property right registration,put an end to have a room without a license,the government,to improve the procedures of quality supervision,and ensure the engineering quality,management of government who clear who was responsible for,refused to "should",further define the nature of the real estate industry development strategy,to help the healthy development of the real estate industry grow up the city.We hoped that the research in this paper should help to improve the development level of the real estate industry in the city through the help of Dandong city government.
