Agricultural integration whose development must be provided with corresponding conditions is a inevitable stage in the course of agriculture development, This dissertation has elicited the law of agricultural integration by reviewing the track of developed countries and analysing the conditions of developing agricultural inegration and its management mechanism.And then it suggests we should reinforce the construction of circumstances of agricultural integration to accelerate its development on such a basis of more people but less land and poor earning of famers,and by learning from the experience of development contries.
