Guangdong Branch, China Construction Bank

China Construction Bank Guangdong branch is affiliated agency of China Construction Bank(CCB) in Guangdong Province.Under the authority of CCB, it offers bank service in many fields and assumes sole responsibility for its profits or losses and keeps separate accounts. After forty years of development, Guangdong branch is now the leading member of the family of CCB in regard to the amounts of deposits, loans and profits. But in the meantime, problems arose in respect to the institution and stuff scale, capital burdens inherited, and marketing system, which is hindering the future development of the bank.Certain reform attempts have been taken with arrival of the newly appointed president, and the strategy of future development has been established. But it still remains uncertain how to carry out the strategy into practice. In order to help to solve the interior problems of Guangdong branch, this paper made a deep analysis with "The balanced scorcard", and proposed some positive suggestions which is hoped to be helpful in the realization of the strategic objective of Guangdong branch.
