SUCCHI Chained Drugstore Company

This paper is composed of two parts: the case and the case analysis.In the case, current drugs retailing situation in ZhongShan is described, then materials on the SUCCHI Chained Drugstore Company are presented, including its organization structure, store management, the distribution center, customer service and organizational culture of SUCCHI. At last, the challenge and problems is pointed out.In the case analysis, it can be concluded that chained drugstore is the essential trend from the discussing of the drugs retailing industry. Strategic analysis on SUCCHI shows that SUCCHI should expand by franchising its business besides regular chain under the new conditions to gain fast development, higher rate of market coverage, larger business scale. During the same time how to charter the business is discussed.
