Based ob the analysis of the large-sized industrial enterprise (AB. as enterprises below) plus several authoritative investigations and researches, the enterprises have the problems of in-optimum size, low level of centralization, the scarcity of core competencies etc. The most important point is that some of the management doesn't have a clear image of how to build competitive advantages.Derived from the theory of strategy and the insight of the source of competitive advantages, especially the Resource-based View, the paper tries to focus on how to build competitive advantages in the micro-level of enterprises.
