| The case consists of two parts. Part One tells the stories about how China Merchant Shipping Company and G Communication Development Company ran their businesses.In Part Two, the author analyzed the similarities and differences between the above two companies. By applying some theoretical tools such as ethics decision model, decision procedure model and enterprise culture construction model. The author demonstrated the importance and necessity of rebuilding enterprise culture. Meanwhile, the author also put forward her opinion on how to rebuild enterprise culture.
