In 21st century, latest and advanced technologies, especially the information technology (IT), cored by technology of micro-electron, communication and computer, has brought high impact and deep effect to politics, economy, culture, entertainment, education and other fields of our society. Development of IT remarkably changes the whole world, as well as the coming existence ways of enterprises. Tourism industry deeply ties to information and IT, and information network technologies are obliviously important to this industry. This essay, first, will analyze the effect and change brought by IT innovation, which includes challenges occurred by the birth of INTERNET and trends of personalized tourism, and, for travel service, the continuous development possibility and the opportunities. Secondly, the essay indicates that new enterprise management for tourism enterprises is needed because of information-network economy, uncovering characters of travel agencies being managed and will be managed by network in information era, that is visual management, computerized business management, networked finance management and flexible personnel management. The essay, thirdly, studies more about feasibility of the tourism industry's innovated marketing methods, networked marketing, and compares with the traditional marketing methods between advantages and limitation. Based on this, the essay presents three strategies of network marketing for travel agencies. They are: 1, to meet personalized individuals' demands by network tourism service; 2. to develop the tourism marketing by network; 3. to increase service categories by network. Then the essay states that, for our country's travel service, E-business of tourism is inevitable. Some related advice is also offered in this essay based on that. The author, according to his years experience in tourism agencies, considers that travel service in our country should catch the opportunity in this information era to innovate and reform the management and sales methods, so that the travel service of our country achieve a brilliant goal.
