The process of planning and implementing HRMS(Human Resource Management System)-especially the e-HR system based on internet梬ill greatly help improve the efficiency of the human resource management of enterprises.E-HR can help enterprises make their HR management automatic, shorten management circle, lessen unnecessary disturb, and push employees being part of management by self-service.And also, e-HR can be more suitable with other applying management systems such as ERP, CRM, and make human resource management act as strategic partner of enterprise by conforming information both inside and outside of enterprises. By analyzing the implementing situation and trend of e-HR systems, this thesis try to point out the possible risks of implementing e-HR and hope to help enterprises be aware of what should be done and what avoided when they want to have their own e-HR systems. |
