As China's joining to WTO and the strengthening of the globalization trend, business travel in China has much more developed. Accordingly, the business travel market will be one of the most potential segmental markets for travel agencies in China.In some developed-countries, it has been a trend that companies, associations and government-organizations are used to using travel agencies' professional service for their business travel management.At present, the development of China's travel agencies in business travel segment is only incipient. The specialty and the scale of the products and service are both to be enhanced. Analyzing the development of business travel service and the successful moulds of some foreign travel agencies is helpful to the domestic travel agencies.This article summarizes all kinds of business travel service as four moulds, they are single-mould, outsourcing-mould, item-management-mould and. By the comparison analysis about the mould of Corporate Travel Management of American Express, this article analyses the cooperation mould of the business travel service of travel agency, and analyses some difficulty for travel agencies in China in using the cooperation service mould.This article is hoped to propound some advice for travel agencies and company customs on how to practicing business travel service.
