Fair Income Distribution And Promotion Of Residents' Consume Demand

Based on positive study and theoretical analysis, from the angle of income, this article probes the major cause of long-term depression of residents' consume and considers the increasing-wide income gap between residents in city and in urban is the hardest restriction to consume demand. It puts forwards a series of income policies which surround increasing the income of the weak especially residents in urban to narrow the gap, so that the consume demand can be started quickly and smoothly.
