Performance information management is a basic work in enterprise management. It is of great significant to the management and development of human resource in enterprises. However, problems are frequently met in the process of performance information management and performance evaluation. These problems usually invalidates the significance and effectiveness of the performance information in enterprises that should has, and puts performance information management in enterprises in hot water of 'unable to do well but unwilling to give up'.This thesis discusses the significance of employee performance evaluation in enterprise management, analysis problems exist in manual and machine-based evaluation, puts forward a clue to resolve these problems- by establishing a scientific way of performance evaluation, enforcing the management of the performance information in enterprises. And set up the basic model for evaluation module development based on analysis of enterprise employee performance evaluation.During his employment in Jiayang company, based on customer back-fed problems exist in current system, especially how should the evaluation module adapt to the dynamic development of enterprises, contraposing elements of performance evaluation and status quo of HRMIS and problems exist in evaluation module, and on basis of thorhough analysis of usual enterprise evaluation methods, the author's abstracted f i ve el ements of evaluation, summed up the general procedure of evaluation and put forward a general model for enterprise evaluation. These work provide basic technical ways and infrastructures to resolve problems such as basic function definition of evaluation module, the evaluation module's adaptability to dynamic management in enterprises.This basic model covers all evaluation elements, establish a relationship platform between elements based on their effectiveness in performance evaluation, thus set up a generally adaptable model for employee performance evaluation, which provides a base to consummate enterprise performance information management and evaluation module of the HRMIS. As the base for further development of Power HR2000 evaluation module, this module promotes the adaptabi 1 i ty of evaluation module via discussion with programmers and follow up correction.
