A Study On Law Problems In Connection With WTO Rules

Having been admitted into WTO does not mean in any event that we have connected our rails with WTO rules actually. At present it is also an real problem impossible for our academic circles and the government to avoid. The key point lies in: how to merge actually into an organic whole with the market economy all over the world on the premise of a condition more suitable to China and advantageous for protecting our fundamental interest. The dissertation intends to discuss deeply the law problems due to the admission into WTO and furthermore, to explore the thought model over the WTO rules from a macroscopic angle of connection.Taking the basic principles of WTO and their influence upon the correlative law system in our country as a clue, the dissertation analyzes some main methods, by which it is possible for us to connect our rails with WTO and studies the procedure and the law basis for connection from different directions. In the forth Chapter a suggestion is put forward to study and practice by means of "case analysis", to pay close attention to the judgment of some individual cases and the explanation by the expert group and to make full use of the favorable space in WTO rules with the aim of seeking profit and avoid harm so that the eventual goal after the admission into WTO can be achieved.Finally, it is pointed by the dissertation that it is significant to study on law problems in connection with WTO rules, and the most important is to build a economic law system to develop national economy in China that is suitable to the system of rules of WTO.
