With the development of the open reformation policy and the urbanization, the small towns have changed greatly and taken on new looks . But during the small towns construction, because people put more attention on economic benefits, partial, short-term and personal benefit, the nature and the resource suffered blind exploitation and destroy.Aiming for the no-economic and no-sustainable development of small towns, this paper begins from the small town conception and deep in the actuality existent problems gradually and sustainable countermeasure of small town , in the meantime ,the paper analysis the active and negative affection of urbanization, then point out the macroscopic regulating system of small town's sustainable development, that it have far-reaching significant on the building road of small towns.The small town construction is an important part of china-urbanization .we must make great bests to implement the , guide the small town construction to right path.We put emphasis on small towns' economy, while hold to the rule of thinking people first, harmonize the relation among economy, population, society, resource and environment ,so that they can promote though each other and make small towns be on the way of sustainable development.
