Research On The Macroscopic Economy Policy Of Mineral Resource's Comprchensive Atilization

Mineral reseurce can be exhausted, so mining and using it should brought to people's attention. There are many kinds of abundant mineral resource in China, but we waste it seriously these years for many reasons. Consuming mineral resource not only speeds up the process of exhausting and makes ecology enviromnent worse, but also restricts the further development of economy. Therefore, seeking more advantageous macroscopic control policy is extremely urgent now.Aiming at the problems that exist in mining and comprehensive utilization of mineral resource,I analyze profoundly in theory, social life and economical area. On the base of this, I apprise the Chinese resource policy, and compare it with other developed countries' resource policy. At last, I put forward specific macroscopic control policy in management system, policy system and legal security system.
