Study On Multi-industry Development Strategy For Gezhouba Hydroelectric Power Plant

With market economy system of socialism has been established and completed gradually,the work for adjusting national economy distribution and pushing strategic reorganization of national large-size or middle-size enterprises has entered a material period. Gezhouba Hydroelectric Power Plant is one of the largest Hydroelectric Power Plant,and a typical planned economy enterprise. As a second grade enterprise directly under China Yangtze Three Gorges Project development corporation,facing new trend of drainage-basin rolling exploitation of Yangtze,the problem of developing stratagem and capital recombination has become a pressing one for further development of enterprise.This thesis has made an analysis impersonally and thoroughly about management status,problems and stratagem capability of Gezhouba Hydroelectric Power Plant for multi-industry,based on stratagem management theory,capital recombination theory and modem corporate system theory. Based on the analysis,the author has proposed a rational stratagem for multi-industry development of Gezhouba Hydroelectric Power Plant. Capital recombination is necessary choice for development at present time. This thesis starts with understanding fully relationship of property right. Then under guidance of stratagem,it discusses the possibility of establishing new managing system of property right. Based on them,the author has proposed a project of capital recombination for development of Gezhouba Hydroelectric Power Plant for multi-industry.
