The generation and development of the third sector is definitely related to government administration. The relationship between them is a kind of complex partner, which is cooperative as well as competitive. They compete, support and supervise each other.Corruption and politics go hand in hand in human history without exception. Political corruption is characteristic of its stubbornness, infection, regeneration, transferability, permeability, etc. and takes a variety of performance. It origins form political and economic life in society. We should come to realize anti-corruption is a long way to go, in the process of which, the supervision of government's authority is inadequate, and the strength of relevant social organizations is also urged and necessary.
