With the sustained and sound development of our national economy in recent years, the real estate industry has witness a rapid development and gradually become one of the pillar industries of the national economy. But due to the imperfectness of the market mechanism of the real estate industry, there appeared over development in real estate industry and even bubble in some areas. Given the situation, the paper systematically analyzed the current situation of risk decisions-making in real estate investment, applied computer simulation technology, incorporated subjective judgment and objective situations as well as qualitative and quantitative analyses, and put forward the method of simulated decision-making on the risk in the real estate industry, thus realizing the effective control over risk level by decision-makers.The theoretical base of this method proposed in the paper are the classical statistics theory and computer simulation method. With a strong theoretical basis, the paper reasoned rigorously. Apart from the input of the cash flow statement bearing on the subjective estimation of decision-makers,the reasoning procedure is free from the intervention of decision-makers,therefore,it turned out a true and reliable solution. The paper carried out analyses over practical projects. The results proved that the method is strongly operative and reliable and it can pay a certain auxiliary role on investment decision-making of the real estate enterprise. Meanwhile, the method can be easily popularized. Apart form the real estate industry,it can be applied to multi-project risk decision-making in various economic scopes.
