| The application of ERP has just been emerging in China recently. But not much companies have successfully carried out ERP for the level of the company management in China is still not high. This disquisition is base on a case, titled "ERP in Canghua Group", which is discussed and actually carried out in the company now I am working, and my understanding of the project with myself participating in it. It is very much appreciated if you can give me good comments and ideas which I hope can be introduced to the Group's further improvement.The first part of this essay is mainly about the introduction of the Company, its basic concept, the development of information technology and the background of ERP implementation.The second part of which is majored in characteristics of the procedure of the company's producing management, it's specialty as producing enterprise and the relative requirement of ERP.The third, also the richest part of which is detailed in the contents of implementation, the Description of every part of the contents, it's procedure system and function, and the relations among the subsystems.The forth part is the effect of the implementation of ERP and some examples are given to show the final outcome.The fifth part deals in the introduction of the successful implementation of ERP system, it's insufficient and perspective.
