Study On The High-tech Industrial Competitiveness Of Fujian And Taiwan And The Synergic Development Of The Regional Industries

The high-tech industry of Fujian has been developed rapidly and its competitiveness has been strengthened seriously after more than ten years of effort. But compared to Taiwan's, Fujian's high-tech industry is still lagged behind. The high-tech industry has been playing a leading role in Taiwan economy, its competitiveness get ahead of the world with the market shares of many high-tech products is top in the international market. Because of the short of resources and little market volume, the further development of high-tech industry in Taiwan cannot be reached easily. Under directed by the strategy of high-tech industry development, Fujian should take advantage of her neighbor to Taiwan, strengthen the industrial cooperation with Taiwan, at the same time, promote cooperation and communication with the developed countries and regions to take big strides to enhance industrial competitiveness to change laggard prospects as soon as possible. In order to get more opportunities to develop, Taiwan's high-tech industry must take active in the cooperation with the mainland including Fujian industries. So, the synergic development of high-tech industries of Fujian and Taiwan is a reasonable choice to both growth, and it will be sure to benefit the economic development of both regions.Based on system theory, synergetics theory, regional economic theory, this article explores deeply high-tech industry's competitiveness of Taiwan and Fujian and synergic development of the regional industries by means of the integrations to theoretical research and positive studies, quantitative and qualitative analyses > and by synthetic applications of the models of systemic evaluation, co-operational game, synergetics and control. On the precondition of the high-tech industries of Taiwan and Fujian as a openly synergetics system, studies are directed by the ideal which under the control of the inside and outside conditions, the system form high-tech industry's competitiveness as the order parameter to dominate synergetic development of high-tech industries of Taiwan and Fujian. By the evaluation on the endogenous competitiveness and exogenous competitiveness of high-tech industry of Taiwan and Fujian, the comparison on the two characteristic information industry's competitiveness, and quantitative and qualitative analyses to the relationship between high-tech industry's competitiveness and synergic development of regional high-tech industries, drive mechanism, coupling mechanism, outside conditions controlling mechanism and self-organization mechanism which existed in synergetic development of both high-tech industries are studied, macroscopic mode and microcosmic mode of synergetic development of the system are set up, and countermeasures to accelerate the system synergetic development are brought up.
