Research On The Competitiveness Of Fujian And Taiwan's High-tech Industry

The high-tech industry of Fujian has developed rapidly and the competitiveness has strengthened countinuously after more than ten years' effort. But compared with Taiwan, Fujian's high-tech industry is still in the developing stage. The high-tech industry has alwanys playing a leading role in the economy of Taiwan, the competitiveness of Taiwan' high-tech industry is in lead of the world with the market share of many high-tech products featuring electronic industry is in the top of the international market. Because of the short of resources and little market volume, the further development of high-tech industry in Taiwan cannot be reached easily. In order to increasingly development of the competitiveness of Fujian' high-tech industry and change the laggard phase, Fujian should, at the same time promote cooperation and communication with developed countries and regions, strengthen the industrial cooperation with Taiwan. In order to get more opportunities to develop, Taiwan's high-tech industry must take action to cooperate with the mainland high-tech industry including Fujian. It' s of good prospect if the high-tech industry of both Taiwan and Fujian could get together to cooperate with each other because it's the hope of both sides and what's more importantis that the advantages and disadvantages of both sides can match well.Based on system theory, synergetics theory and regional economic theory, this article explores deeply in the competitiveness of the high-tech industry of Taiwan and Fujian and synergic development of the regional industries by means of the integrations to theoretical research and positive studies, quantitative and qualitative analyses, and by synthetic applications of the models of systemic evaluation, co-operational game, synergetics and control. At first, the high-tech industries of Taiwan and Fujian is taken as a openly synergetics system as precondition. Then, drive mechanism, coupling mechanism, outside conditions controlling mechanism and self-organization mechanism which existed in synergetic development of both high-tech industries of both sides are studied by comparing the two characteristic information industry's competitiveness, and quantitative and qualitative analyses to the relationship between high-tech industry's competitiveness and synergic development of regional high-tech industries and evaluating the endogenous competitiveness and exogenous competitiveness of high-tech industry of Taiwan and Fujian. At last, macroscopic mode and microcosmic mode of synergetic development of the system are set up, and countermeasures to accelerate the system synergetic development are brought up.
