Researches On Development Strategy Of The 3～(rd) Engineering Group Com, Ltd. Of China Railway

China has been a full member of WTO. Facing the rapid changes of joining WTO, national and international environment, the station-owned construction enterprises are confronted with strategic choice of survival or extinction. The 3rd Engineering Group Com., Ltd. of China Railway (hereinafter referred to as CRTEG),which has a long history of half a century, should bring how to get sustainable development under new historical time into consideration. This thesis gives a brief description of the present situation of CRTEG, and gives a necessary explanation of researches on development strategy of CRTEG. And the thesis tries to start with the analysis of superiority and inferior position of internal and external environment to find out the internal and external factors that affect and restrict the survival and development of CRTEG so as to put forward the train of thought of the working out and implementation of Group strategic play.The development of CRTEG should focus on to train the internal core competition ability , to change the industrial structure and the reality of single product mix to develop and form the new economic growth point of CRTEG in the fields of building development .survey, design and consultation , and environment protection , etc. Adjust the structure of property right and the distribution of industrial make-up on the basisof the strategic principles that "doing something and leaving something uridone" , and "advance and retreat" , so as to make the control right of the Group withdraw from non-principal business operation and non-specialized trade fields. Adjust the product mix of building trade in according with the principle of subdivision . Administering the enterprise on the basis of laws and manage scientifically to normalize the legal person improvement and rectification structure and to reduce the system costs. Promote the overall market operation of the enterprise to reduce transaction costs on the basis of the principle of market operating system , so as to walk out a sustainable development route withtCRTEG characteristics,This thesis emphasizes that the implementation of development strategy should be based on the innovation of business operation concept, and the implementation of "going-out" development strategy; innovating enterprise system to make capital operation well; innovating talents system to promote internal market competition; innovating scientific research and development to create competitive superiority; innovating management mode to promote sustainable development; innovating enterprise culture to cultivate esprit de corps. In fact, this thesis is only a beginning of the research work so as to throw away a brick in order to get a gem, and wish to advance the Group development strategyresearch work to a new stage.
