A Strategy Study On Development Of The State Commercial Bank

With the further development of our country's economic reform and the oncoming of our country's joining in WTO, the world economic integration, the financial globalization and the network economy all come into being. That brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges on finance. As the financial competitions becoming more and more serious, the national commercial bank is gradually losing its own advantages and various kinds of problems appear. The reform of the national commercial bank has now come to a crucial stage. Taking the opportunities, we can save up the time of innovation, cut down the reform cost, shorten the gap between our national commercial bank and the international finance and strengthen the ability it compete home and abroad. Otherwise, we may be eliminated from the cruel market.This essay is composed of five chapters. The first chapter analyses the present situation of the national commercial bank from the viewpoint of staff, capital and management. The second chapter analyses the outer and inner reasons for these problems as follows. The third chapter presents the strategic objective of the reform of our national commercial bank by the analysis of these problems. The fourth chapter deals with the shareholder-orientated system with regard to the finance's crucial risk and its social economic position and the present situation of the national commercial bank, the fifth and sixth chapters provide a detailed analysis of avoiding the financial risks separately from the macro and micro viewpoint. Therefore, we can find a reform way of the national commercial bank, with Chinese characteristic, which suits the tendency of modern financial globalization.
