The tendency of urbanization of the world is evidenced.especially industrial Revolution later. With it, some problem is coming forth, environment pollution, irrationality of resources. Populaion is increasing and the demand of living is heighten. How to exert the most urban function is a important issue.This paper summing -up the study on stability ecosystem and using the theory of dissipation structure defined the stability of urban ecosystem and the means to judging.This paper used system dynamics to found the system dynamics model of WUHU city ecosystem. To study the stability of WUHU city eocosystem if it keeps at the development tendency of now or at different productive forces'parameters. To study the people'living conditions of the years when the city ecosystem is stability. We choose the best project as what the city to use for the future development.
