Heilongjiang Province, The Development Of The Industrial Structure Of The Green Productivity

Green productivity is a term coined in the field of productivity economics to solve the crisis of resources and environment. Natural resources and environment has been seriously affected since hlj authorities carried out the economic policy of "high investment,low profit". So the economic plan of green productivity is a matter of necessity in the current provincial ecomonic development.The thesis aims at the analysis of how to adjust the industrial structure of agriculture and industry in the process of carrying out the green productivity.first,the consumption index of resources and the pollution intensity index of environment will be taken to tell the enterprises with higher indexes of resource consumption and environment pollution. Next, the specific value of the enterprises will be figured out in the industrial structures concerned. And with the index of intensity an value ,and the need of economic development in hlj province.the adjustment plan will be given in the specific enterprises. The last part of the paper generalizes the guarantee system of self-adjustment in the industrial structure of enterprises in hlj province.
