Study On The Land Use Structure Change And Dynamics In The Edge Of Megapolis

In the study scope of the change about land use structure in the edge of metropolis, the paper analyses the change of land use structure of Haidian district, Beijing from 1993 to 2001, evaluates its changes from 1993 to 2001, and gets the conclusion that the main land use structure mode of Haidian district has transferred from plantation to the second and third industry. As a whole, the change of land use structure of Haidian district manifests that use degree is intensified, the protection is not exactly reasonable, the whole system production is improved and the space pattern of land use structure is reasonable. At the same time the dynamic drive of the changes, which is under the affection of urbanization, is also analysed. The main dynamic drive of land use structure changes in Haidian district comes form the improvement of economy. The distribution of land use and economic structure types in a district is restricted by the space deposition, effected by its terrain at the development initial stages, and will break through some natural restrict genes. Then, the land use structure will change accordingly. The economic drive in Haidian district firstly changes from agriculture to the second industry, secondly to third industry, and there is notable space deposition phenomenon. The economic drive genes transfer closely bound to the speed of space deposition change and the local economic development.Through the dynamic analysis, the conclusion is that land use structure is effected strongly by the industry, the land use plane should match with the middle-long economic plan and play the role of the criterion and leader to the industry plan in the area.
