Power system reform is promulgated to optimize the resources allocation in the whole society, enhance the vigor of the electric enterprises and ensure the clients' benefit. A serious challenge will come out in front of the power supply enterprises which are the nearest to the clients. Thus power supply enterprises must put the clients on the first place and run them as a kind of capital. Relationship marketing can help the power supply enterprises realize the goal.The emphasis which is expounded in this thesis are as follow: the opportunity, pressure which the power supply enterprises face under the reform, the common theory of relationship marketing, the analysis of how the power supply enterprises to carry out the electric relationship marketing and offering a design of the relationship marketing operation system for the power supply enterprises.
