Study On System Innovation About Combining The Development Of Characteristic Agriculture And Agricultural Industrialization In Chongqing

Improving benefit of agriculture and income of peasant is important problem inagriculture economy domain nowadays. Strategic adjustment of agricultural structure is basic approach through which this problem will be settled. Key point of strategic adjustment is combining the development of characteristic agriculture and agricultural industrialization. The combining base is marketing economy system.Research subject of this paper is the development of Chongqing agriculture. Research object is providing system project and policy suggest of combining the development ofcharacteristic agriculture and agricultural industrialization.Firstly, the author analyzes relation between adjustment of agricultural structure andagricultural industrialization in theory and put forward the theory on combining the development of characteristic agriculture and agricultural industrialization through marketing system and consequently optimizing agriculture structure.Secondly, the author analyzes present status, characters and problem of adjustment of Chongqing agricultural structure and research effect of Chongqing unsuitable agricultural structure and reason why agricultural structure not be adjusted quickly. On the basis, the author put forward distribution object and importance of Chongqing characteristic agriculture on resource advantage.Thirdly, the author analyzes the problem and experience in combining the development of characteristic agriculture and agricultural industrialization through researching Chongqing typical counties and agricultural industrialization enterprise.Finally, the author researches total thought and system innovation which improve combining the development of characteristic agriculture and agricultural industrialization and provides system innovation project and policy advice.
