| With the appearance of the phenomenon supply exceeds demand of main agricultural products of our country and joining of WTO, the strategic agricultural structure adjustment has become an economic focus at present in China.This dissertation has announced the current situation that the agricultural structure of our country faces and the impact on agricultural structural adjustment of the accession to the WTO through the analysis of economic globalization background.Under the guidance of Agriculture Development theory ,Economic Structure theory, Economic Growth theory, the theory of the structure change and the system with relation to the economic development, this text analyses the real example on the relation of agriculture's economic structure, industrial structure, employment structure and economic growth of our country, and the important influence that the agricultural structure policy, agricultural science and technology structure , consumption structure and comparative advantage of agricultural products change to the agricultural structure further.On the basis of them, the writer points out the direction of attacking mainly of agricultural structure strategical adjustment under the economic globalization background comparatively in an all-round way——putting forth effort to adjust agricultural structure, agricultural sectorial structure, agricultural product structure and agriculture's regional structure, and the macroscopical tactics of the structural adjustment——deepening the reform of circulation system of agricultural products further and accelerating the construction of agricultural market system; improving the organization degree that peasants enter the market and strengthening their ability to resist risk; improving government's function and strengthening the support to the agricultural structural adjustment in WTO frame; widening the channel of obtaining employment and accelerating the rural transfer of surplus labor.
