Analysis On Present Condition & Research On Development Of National Coal Costal Transportation

With the development of the economic of the world ,energy becomes more and more important to a country. Coal is one kind of the energy materials, it is crucial to our country. The production of coal in our country has been first since 1990. On one hand a great deal of coal is exported to all the world every year, on the other hand since the coal resource exists at the northeast area in China, plenty of coal has to be transported to the east in the need of these areas. So the transportation of coal is the key of our economic development. In the past twenty years our Center government has invested a lot to the coast transportation system. The transportation of coal in 2001 was 0.45 billion, 23% of all kinds of dry bulk transportation.This paper is to analyze the fact that the scale of coastal ports is becoming larger and larger and that the increase of coal transportation has already demand the better equipments in coal harbors and shipping quality, to forecast the consumption of coal transportation in the future and to point out the developing trend of coal transportation.The paper uses the method of determining the nature and quantity. The sea coal quantity is forecast by using the detailed transportation in different coastal harbors It evaluates the capacity of different harbors by contrasting true transportation with the deigned capacity. It also researches the development of coal transportation and countermeasure to the shortcomings of coal transportation now.
