This obligatory berth makes it inconvenience to navigate to and fro Taiwan Strait, especially to the dry bulk carriage.Committed to alter this inconvenience that is caused by indirect transportation, this paper first describe the political and economical background, developing progress, status quo etc. Then based on relative data analysis, this paper focus on every dry bulk cargo concerned with transportation across Taiwan strait, here present situation and developing tendency is analyzed circumstantially. Then, the existing problem is enumerated, which is followed by the correspond resolvent.At last, this paper get its result that all-sided bilateral straightway transportation is the best way to resolve the problems caused by indirect freight. So the principle and blueprint to open correspond harbor is projected, also the correspond market admittance regulation is followed.
