After entered into WTO, China government modified and legislated new Trademark Law, Rule of Implementation of Trademark Law and some other judicial explanations, in order to perform obligations fixed in TRIPS agreement, and founded China legal protection system of trademark rights under the new circumstance of TRIPS agreement.
