And China's Protection Of Intellectual Property Rights

(TRIPS Agreement)is one of the important products of the Uruguay Round,and also one of the important components of WTO's Agreements. From came into being,it has played a very important function in harmonizing the protection of Intellectual Property Rights System of many countries. As fast as China will join WTO,TR1PS Agreement will must influence China's establish and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights.In this paper,under the fact that China will join WTO in a short time and systematic analysis the Intellectual Property Rights System's concept,content,characteristic and establish,the author has deeply compared and analysed betwent the general provisions of TRIPS Agreement and China's Intellectual Property Rights Law,then found the distance of Chinese law,and made some suggestion on perfecting China's system.This paper is mainly divided into three parts:part one includes chapter one and chapter two,three,in which the concept,characteristic,establish,development and the important function of the Intellectual Property Rights are discussed;part two consists of chapter four,five,six,seven,in which the fundamental content of TRIPS Agreement and the distance of Chinese law are talked about in details;chapter eight is the third part,as the peroration.
