As the socialist market economy has established in China, problems also appear. The economic difference becomes rather obvious, which is particularly obvious in Xinjiang. All these give a good chance for the nation-splits , so the nation-splits' activity get more and more seriously in last ten years. Under the circumstances, the third generation leadership collective of the Chinese Communist Party focusing on the history and reality of Xinjiang sum up the experience of the home or abroad and put forward the strategic ideology about long-term stability and order in Xinjiang, according to varied international situation.
