The Research Of Religious Governance According To Law In Xinjiang From The Perspective Of Long Term Stability

Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic,multi religious border area,and many people believe in Islam,religious and political,cultural and social aspects are closely related to religious issues handled properly or not directly affects the stability and long period of stability of Xinjiang society."The rule of law in Xinjiang,long-term construction of Xinjiang,unity and stability of Xinjiang,achieve stability and long period of stability in Xinjiang is an important part of the current and future work in Xinjiang," to curb religious extremism spread is the key to social stability and long period of stability in Xinjiang at present and in the future.Therefore,under the background of rule by law and rule by law,we should deal with the religious problems by using the thought of rule of law and the rule of law.Rule of law,the establishment of the legal system of socialism religion,management of religious affairs by law of the administration of religious affairs,regulate religious activities by law,regulation of social relations by law,use the law to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the masses of believers in Xinjiang,to promote religious harmony,social stability and long period of stability of the overall situation.According to the current research on the management of religious affairs of the rule of law,the author based on the perspective of long period of stability,combined with the actual situation of Xinjiang religious governance according to law,the main research from four parts:The first part starts from the research background,introduces the purpose and significance of this study,literature review and related concepts and the related theory.The second part from the distribution in Xinjiang area,Xinjiang area,the religious management of religious affairs in the process of the rule of law and the rule of law to teach in three aspects of Xinjiang's status in the long period of stability target,expounds the basic situation of Xinjiang area administering education.The third part is the empirical part,the results of questionnaire and interview of general secretary Xi Jinping and Xinjiang Xinjiang governance strategy of long period of stability "project group,we get the relevant information from the perspective of religious governance in Xinjiang long period of stability,and further explores the main problems of Xinjiang governance according to law of religion and the status of the face,on the basis of investigation and research from the four aspects of the reason analysis.The fourth part based on the perspective of some long period of stability,according to the current problems,respectively,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the perfect legal system,religious governance illegal religious activities and promote citizens' legal consciousness.Finally,the conclusion part summarizes the core part of the full text,and looks forward to the religious work in Xinjiang according to law.
