Study On Cultural Construction Of Grassroots In Xinjiang From The Perspective Of Social Stability And Long-term Stability

Grass-roots cultural construction is not only an important part of China's culturally strong country,but also an important part of our country's new rural construction.Grass-roots cultural construction takes the majority of the grass-roots people as the main body,and takes a variety of forms and rich cultural forms and literary activities as objects,and at the grass-roots level to enrich grass-roots people's lives while forming cultural cohesion and thinking together.Xinjiang has particularities in geography,history,economy,politics and culture.Under such a special regional situation,under the serious situation of “three phases of superposition”,“the stability of Xinjiang,the enrichment of the people,and the solidification of borders” become the primary task of Xinjiang's work is to ensure that a stable social environment is the basis for all other work and the basic requirement for "prospering Xinjiang" and "enriching the people." "Solid Edge"-not only refers to political and military "solid",it also includes ideological and cultural "solid",and the ideological and cultural stability is the basis for all other work.The Xinjiang region has a long history of culture.However,whether it is economic construction or cultural development,it has always been in an undeveloped state.The economic base determines the superstructure,and the imperfections of the superstructure also adversely affect the economic base.In this paper,through visits to and surveys of a large number of grass-roots regions in Xinjiang,it has been found that Xinjiang's grass-roots cultural construction has achieved certain achievements in the areas of cultural measures,mass activities,public cultural systems,and security in the areas of religion and ideology.Grass-roots culture construction is a long and complex project.Xinjiang's grass-roots cultural construction is still in its infancy.There are still many problems,such as: backward cultural infrastructure,inadequate development of cultural industries,and backwardness in the construction of cultural talents.In order to establish a solid line of thought and culture in the grass-roots areas and establish a solid ideological field,the solution to these problems cannot be delayed.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the grassroots cultural construction in Xinjiang,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems from the government level,organization level and ideological level,and then puts forward corresponding solutions from the aspects of system,organization and ideology,with a view to the grassroots level in Xinjiang.The development of cultural construction has helped.
