Research On Development Model Of Venture Capital In China

Venture capital has been introduced into China since the medium period of 1980's. It has turned into a study and groping situation for all of us in a certain period. Fortunately, under paying greater attention for Chinese government to developing venture capital and popularizing of more and more examples, venture capital industry has began to develop at high speed from the late period of 20th century in China. It has been playing an important role for us to put into practice of "Science & Education Turn into Productivity". The network economy down from America affects most of countries while Chinese venture capital has been in progress. In such situation, we need think deeply that whether we need venture capital to develop high-tech industry? If necessary, what practical experience and lessons we can learn from overseas and domestic venture capital? Especially, how to find out a way to develop venture capital according with our practical situation?The thesis is divided into three chapters to analyze above questions. In the first chapter, expatiate on the necessity of developing venture capital for us to enhance competition capability, then explain the actuality of Chinese venture capital. In the second chapter, I bring forward some advice for our country to develop venture capital industry through learning the experience and lessons of some advanced countries. In the third chapter, firstly, demonstrate the necessity and possibility for listed corporation to take part in venture capital. And not only analyze practice but also analyze theory for listed corporation acts as a main running operator of Chinese venture capital. Then analyze possibility of limited partnership and development model of Chinese limited partnership. Finally, I give some advice for small high-tech enterprises and government to find more exit ways of venture capital such as improve merger & acquisition conditions.
