With the ages's development, Humanity-based management have gradually becoming the trend of business enterprise management. Many world famous enterprise have been very successful in practicing, and the principle of Humanity-based management also have been accepted by many business enterprise. But the systemitac study of Humanity-based management is not deep enough. Founded on the study of manage experience, this thesis theoretically discussed the inside nature and the characteristics of Humanity-based management, and analysed the effective proceed strategy, to provide the worthy test for business enterprise. The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is a preface, summarised the reality of practice of Humanity-based management, and bring up the main topic.The second part is the inevitability of humanity-based management . First , this is the request of the age. In knowledge-based economy ages, talented person and creation are importent to business enterprises. To win the competition for the talented person, stir up the employee's positive and creation, and adapt to the change of human resource, business enterprises should proceed the Humanity-based management. Second, this is the choice of manage experience.To adapt to the continuously-changed circumstance, make management keep the most high-efficiency, business enterprise always try to improve the management method. Humanity-based management is the practical choice . Finally, Humanity-based management is the result of humanism's affecting on management.The third part is The inside nature and the characteristics of human-based mnagement.lt is totally divided into three sections. Section 1 is the interpretation of humanity. Humanity is a core concept of this thesis, and the comprehension of Humanity direct influence the behavior of management. This thesis is primarily regarding Marxism as the leading,and pay attention on to the realistical humanity .So,the synthetical defination is:in the microcosmic,humanity performance as human's various elemental demands;in the real world,humanity is a complicat compound, include the advantages,and also include the weakness; in the community,humanity show a normalcy distribution, the positive and rationally aspect occupy the predominant position. Section 2 is the inside nature of humanity-based management. In this thesis, humanity-based management is the managment which is according to humanity and is benefit to superior development of humanity.The purpos of humanity-based management is to get the anticipant target more effective,and make the coordinate development and the common growth between employee and enterprise. Section 3 is the characteristics of humanity-based management. Humanity-based management has the characteristics as educating, emotionized, democratized, independenized and standardized the etc.So,for a hand the employee obtain the most possibility of individual happiness,and on the other hand the business enterprise obtain the most sturdy motive.The fourth part is The strategy of proceeding humanity - based management, totally divided into four sentions. Section 1 is to establish humanized encouraging mechanism.The mechanismaccording to human's basic demands,and includes two aspects. The material encourage includes the wages, cash award, subsidy, insurance, welfare the , work environment, etc.; The spirit encourage includes the safety demand, the demand of respected and the demand of realizing ego. Section 2 is to construct the active atmosphere inside enterprise. The first is to proceed fully exchanges and communication in enterprise; The second is to have confidence in each other inside enterprise;the third is to arouse the enthusiasm of the employee,and let them feel the realization of their personality value,so they will love their work from heart-bottom. Section 3 is to cultivat the employee' s create ability. First , encourage creation by personnel management in creational process. The next, create a good surrounding and make the employee's creation ability developed freely .
