On the basis of the previous studies on the cost management, especially product lifecycle costing, this thesis analyzes the mode of product lifecycle costing from technology. The study is focused on manufacturing cost, callback cost and environmental cost, and tries to build models for them by factor analytical method and fuzzy mathematics. According to the relation between them, this thesis has built an evaluating model for new products, manufacturing batch distribution model, optimum environmental cost model and quick quote model for order.The main works are as follows:1. Based on the existing work and further analysis, a product lifecycle costing model is built under PLM mode.2. A manufacturing cost model is built. It is made up of normal manufacturing cost and additional influencing factors. The influence of product precision range, manufacturing batch and manufacturing period etc on product cost are analyzed mainly. The result shows that the manufacturing cost is not sensitive to the change of product precision in a certain range.3. According to Holand environmental cost classification, it includes the environmental cost in process control and the environmental cost in the end. Through analysis on this, an environmental cost model is built to compute the environmental cost.4. A manufacturing batch arrangement model is built to optimize the manufacturing batch arrangement. According to this model, the average product cost can be decreased to the minimum.5. An evaluating model is built to evaluate the new product design scheme and the new product whole lifecycle. The evaluation ismainly about two aspects. One is minimum of cost and the other is maximum of gross benefit. Because the product precision influences its price, the precision ranges under these two conditions are selected. In contrast with the precision range obtained by the fuzzy mathematics compositive evaluating model, the enterprise can choose the optimum design scheme, and at the same time it can be the reference to quoted price of new products.
