Research And Development Of The Logistics Enterprise Information Platform In E-Commerce Environment

The developments of E-commerce expedite the intergrative of the world economy and make the logistics occupy the prominent position in the whole business activity. Information is the life vein of the logistics enterprise in the E-commerce ages. Currently, the logistics service quantity of logistics enterprise is not better in our country, because we don't realize logistics management serial service, build up logistics management network, establish roboticized logistics management flow and transfer information in time. The third logistics enterprise must establish its LIP in order to enhance its core competition ability and provide fast logistics service for customers.Based on the project - "Research on the Development Plan of Dongguan Lifeng logistics Ltd. and Technology Development of LIP " , this paper presents the network structure of the LIP under E-commerce environment ,describes the key techniques for the design and development of LIP and establishes the Dongguan Lifeng LIP by investigating the industry instructure trait of Dongguan city and Zhujiang delta area and referring the successful experience of correlative logistics enterprise. By much logistics information we can integrate resources, set up LIP to provide sustentation for the development of the logistics industry, change the situation that the information resources are single and scarce in current logistics system and get the big benefits from the logistics system.This article divides seven chapters altogether. The first chapter is introduction, which summarizes history, development and current situation of the development of LIP, then explains the proposition, purpose and meaning of this thesis. The second chapter discusses the theories, principles, steps and methods, which are followed by this article when LIP is established. The third chapter describes the solution of LIP, mostly discusses the network mode and application architecture and presents the network structure and function module construction. The forth chapter describes the key techniques for the design and development of LIP, for example, distributed object and distributed database techniques. heterogeneous data transmission techniques, data warehouse and data mining techniques, then presents an approach to accomplish clustering in data mining byusing Kohonen network and logistics website. The fifth chapter compares five ways for connecting and accessing web-based database, then brings up the appropriate way for Lifeng LIP according to the comparison result. The sixth chapter six applies some techniques in the development of Lifeng LIP and explicates the development process about the choosing of system platform and development tools, designing of database platform and system security and realizing of functions and system maintenance. The seventh chapter is a conclusion of the study work of the thesis, and puts forward the direction of further research development in the future.
